Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Free across India.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days across most major cities and pin codes. Remote locations may take up to 10 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders are verified via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Please ensure your full address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your item arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours at support@warmthwhisk.com with your order number and photos of the package.
